IOS speaker's award-winning BPO announces new joint venture
Jim Donovan's award-winning ADEC Group announced a joint venture with Zuellig Pharma. Donovan is a panelist in the IOS breakout panel entitled, "Niche Opportunities to Explore and Leverage." Another ADEC Group subsidiary, FirstCarbon, was named Most Innovative BPO of the Year in the 2010 ICT Awards. An acknowledged IT-BPO pioneer, Donovan will provide insights into identifying new IT-BPO service opportunities and converting them into award-winning firms.
